Senior OnTrack consultants provide mentoring and coaching to the local management team to ensure service delivery at desired quality levels and an optimal cost. We conduct a series of periodic visits in which we:

Meet with the property’s senior managers and department managers to discuss their concerns and any challenges they have encountered in using the system and in adhering to the agreed-upon standards

Analyze labor consumption over a series of sample test periods to identify any significant variances between the actual labor hours incurred and the standard hours that should have been used

Examine labor standards to identify any required modifications from the initial installation and/or prior visits

Meet with any new managers to train them in the concepts and utilization of the system

Work with management to develop an action plan to rectify any identified deficiencies in the system or the standards

At the conclusion of each assignment, we meet with senior leadership to provide a verbal assessment of our findings. Following each visit we prepare a brief letter report of our findings, conclusions and recommendations.
